| 摘 要： | 本研究测定３６０例慢阻肺肺气虚证病人血清、红细胞和尿中微量元素锌、铜、铁治疗前后含量的变化。结果表明：慢性阻塞性肺气肿肺气虚病人血浆中锌、铁低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），铜值高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），红细胞中锌铁增高，铜值降低，与正常对照组相比（Ｐ＜０．０１）．尿中锌增高，铜值降低，与正常对照组相比（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗后血浆中，红细胞中、尿中微量元素锌、铜、铁均恢复至正常水平，与正常对照组相比（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示慢阻肺肺气虚症病人反复发作，可能与上述微量元素失调有关。

| Abstract: | his paper observed tbe effect of Qinewam Jiawei(QEW)on the model of osteoporosis in-duced by the ovariotomy in rats througb bone histomorphometric measurment,and comparedwith Nilestrioli(NLST)which is provided with the effect of reducing osteoporosis and NormlSaline(NS). The resuIts showed that in tbe groups of QEW and NLST the trahecular densitywere higher and osteoclastic index were lower tban tbat of in group of NS(P<0.05).Some para- menters related to bone forlnation and osteoid content in the group of QEW was slgnificantlyhigber than that of in NLST and NS groups(P<0.05),Tkis prel1minary study suggests that0EW Jiawei be able to inbibit the osteoclastic activity to the bone resorption aud also increasethe nunlber of osteohlasts to product many osteoid,thus it benefits the recovery of positive bal-ance on the cancelIous hone remodeling in the osteoporotlc model. |
