186例老年性骨质疏松症的中医证候调查对照研究

目的系统研究老年性骨质疏松症的中医证候特点和规律,从而为老年性骨质疏松症的诊断、治疗和科学研究提供有关依据与参考.方法依据严格的取样标准,选择1 86例老年性骨质疏松症患者,根据中医理论分为脾肾气虚、脾肾阳虚、瘀血阻络三型,对其常见证候的发生、分布规律进行分析归纳总结.结果随着年龄的增长,骨密度平均值Ⅱ、Ⅲ度的患病率逐渐增多(P＜0.01),男性的Ⅰ度患病率显著低于女性(P＜0.01),而Ⅲ度的患病率则显著高于女性(P＜0.01),瘀血阻络型的患病率明显高于脾肾气虚和脾肾阳虚型(P＜0.01),中医证型中Ⅰ度者以脾肾气虚者最多,以瘀血阻络者最少(P＜0.01).结论老年性骨质疏松症患者的年龄、性别、病情程度都与中医证候有一定的联系.

The Investigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Signs about 186 Samples for Senile Osteoporosis

Objective Making a systematic study on characteristic and regular of senile osteoporosis and providing scientific basis of senile osteoporosis. Method According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, we take signs of senile osteoporosis in scanty kidney and spleen energy, deficiency of kidney-yang and spleen-yang, and obstruction of collaterats by blood stasis for researching regular of occurrence distribution by injuring. Result With the development of age, senile osteoporosis is notably increased. The traditional Chinese medicine signs has a direct bearing on age and state of the illess. But there is no correlation tendency in sex. Conclusion We provide objective basis for pathogenesis and detecting it sexology about senile osteoporosis and make more fundation to grasping the regular of distribution on nomal signs for standing the senile osteoporosis.
