| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年牙周组织疾病的证候特点。方法 对 1998 年 1 月-2003 年 12 月门诊接诊的 216 例老年牙周组织疾病进行回顾性分析。结果 阴虚火旺型 124 例(57.4%),气血不足型 51 例(23.6%),胃火炽盛型 16 例(7.5%),气滞血瘀型 14 例(6.4%),痰湿阻络型 11 例(5.1%)。结论 老年牙周组织疾病证候表现以虚为主、虚中夹实,阴虚火旺型和气血不足型是其主要证候类型。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore symptoms and signs characteristics of senile periodontal disease. Methods Review symptoms and signs of 216 cases with senile periodontal disease admitted from January 1998 to December 2003. Results Of the 216 cases with senile periodontal disease, 124 were flaring of fire due to yin-asthenia (57.4%), 51 were insufficiency of qi and blood (23.6%), 16 were intense stomach-fire (7.5%), 14 were qi stagnation and blood stasis (6.4%), 11 were stagnation of phlegm-dampness (5.1%). Conclusion Symptoms and signs of great majority senile periodontal disease are asthenia-syndrome or deficiency complicated by excess. Flaring of fire due to yin-asthenia and insufficiency of qi and blood are the main syndrome types of senile periodontal disease. |
