针刺抗实验性糖尿病大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的研究

目的：观察针刺对糖尿病大鼠血糖以及肾脏，红细胞脂质过氧化物（LPO）含量和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性的影响。方法：以链脲佐菌素（STZ）糖尿病大鼠为模型。针刺胰俞、肾俞、三阴奖学金穴，检测空腹血糖，肾脏和红细胞LOP，SOD等指标。结果：糖尿病组肾脏和红细胞LPO含量提高，SOD活性下降，较正常对照组有显著差异。针刺后其LPO含量下降，SOD活性提高，较模型组有显著差异。结论：在链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠体内存在着脂质过氧化损伤。针灸具有抗氧化作用。

Investigation on Acupuncture Curing Lipid Peroxidation (LPO) Injuries of Diabetes Rat

Objective: Observing the influence of acupuncture on blood sugar of diabetes mellitus rat, the content of LPO in kidney and erythrocyte and the activity of SOD in kidney and erythrocyte. Methods: Using the STZ diabetes mellitus rat as the model. Acupuncturing the Yi Shu, Shen Shu, San Yin Jiao, and detecting the marker such as the blood sugar on an empty stomach, LPO in kidney and erythrocyte and SOD. Results: The content of LPO in kidney and erythrocyte is rising and the activity of SOD is decreasing in the diabetes group, which has a significant difference on the contrast group. The content of LPO decreased and the activity of SOD increased after acupuncture, which has a significant difference on the diabetes group. Conclusion: There are Lipid peroxidation (LPO) injuries in the STZ diabetes mellitus rat's bodies. Acupuncture can relieve peroxidation injuries in kidney and erythrocyte of rat and have anti-oxidation.
