| 摘 要： | 膝骨关节炎(KOA)主因关节滑膜、软骨、细胞外基质和软骨下骨发生损害及病变,导致膝关节活动障碍,甚至畸形。中医认为,KOA属本虚标实之证,肝肾亏虚为本,血瘀筋伤为标。现代研究也表明肝肾功能与KOA有密切关系。本文基于中医肝肾二脏辨治KOA现状进行述评,为中医相关治疗提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is caused by damage and lesions to the synovium,cartilage,extracellular matrix and subchondral bone,resulting in impaired knee movement and even deformity.According to TCM,KOA is the syndrome deficiency in essence and excess in symptoms.Deficiency of liver and kidney is the essence,and blood stasis and tendon injury are symptoms.Modern studies have also shown a close relationship between liver and kidney functions and KOA.This article reviewed the current situation of differentiation and treatment of KOA based on liver and kidney of TCM,and provided references for the related treatment of TCM. |
