| 摘 要： | 目的观察通导散对血瘀型银屑病微循环的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为2组。治疗组（30例）口服通导散，对照组（30例）口服消银片，疗程1个月，观察2组患者治疗前后甲襞微循环及血小板指数的改变，并与正常组对照。结果通导散与消银片对于血瘀型银屑病患者降低血小板指数水平及改善甲襞微循环程度差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），通导散可使患者治疗后基本恢复到正常水平。结论通导散能够有效改善血瘀型银屑病患者的微循环。
