威灵仙不同剂量对大鼠肾功能及组织形态学的影响

目的 观察美国FDA两个通告附录药物威灵仙水煎剂不同剂量对大鼠肾功能及组织形态学的影响，确定威灵仙的细胞毒性作用。方法 威灵仙水煎剂低、中、高3个剂量给大鼠灌胃，每日1次，共3个月，其间观察各项肾功指标及肾组织形态学改变。结果 威灵仙高、中剂量组组织形态学可见肾小管及肾间质损伤，而低剂量组未见明显异常。低、中、高3个剂量组不同时间BUN、Cr及尿蛋白、尿潜血与对照组相比无统计学意义。结论 大剂量威灵仙水煎剂对大鼠肾组织结构有一定影响。

Influence of Different Dosage Clematic Chinensis Osbeck on Rat Renal Function and Histology

Objective To investigate the influence of different dosage Clematic chinensis Osbeck on rat renal function and histology, which included in the Listing of Botanicas Ingredients of concern of American FDA's two letter. Methods Clematic Chinensis Osbeck having obstrated by water was divided into low dosage, moderate dosage and high dosage was given to femal Wistar rats once a day for 3 months. The parameters of renal function and histology were examined. Results The renal pathologic examination showed tubular-interstitial injury in high dosage and mid dosage group, but not in low dosage group. There was no statistical difference of renal function and protein, urine blood from the control group. Conclusion The high dosage of boiled Clematis Chinensis Osbeck has done certain injury to the renal tubular-interstitial.
