355例肿瘤患者中医体质类型流行病学调查研究

目的通过对肿瘤患者中医体质的流行病学调查,探讨胃肠癌和肺癌患者体质类型分布规律,分析不同肿瘤患者体质类型特点。方法随机抽取355例胃肠癌和肺癌患者进行问卷调查,采用标准化的中医体质量表测评得分,应用最大得分法判定个体体质类型,分析肿瘤患者体质类型的分布规律。结果肿瘤患者中平和质占17.46%,8种偏颇体质占82.54%;胃肠癌患者以阳虚质、气虚质较多见,分别占23.98%、23.39%;肺癌患者中气虚质居多(42.93%),其次是阳虚质(15.76%)。结论不同肿瘤患者有不同的体质特点,辨体与辨证论治相结合,可以为临床实践提供更好的辨治思路。

Epidemiological Investigation of Constitutional Types of TCM in 355 Cases of Tumor

Objective To explore the distributed regularity of constitutional types of patients who suffered the gastroenteric carcinomas and lung cancer by epidemiological investigation of constitutional types, in order to analyze the characteristics of different kinds of tumor patients. Methods The standardized Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire （CCMQ） was answered by 355 patients to evaluate the scores of all kinds of constitutional types. The individual constitutional type was distinguished by the top score method, and the distribution rules of constitutional types in different kinds of tumor patients was analyzed. Results Among the tumor patients, the gentleness type accounted for 17.46 percent, eight pathological constitutions accounted for 82.54 percent. The most two types of pathological constitutions in gastroenteric patients were Yang-deficiency and Qi-deficiency, which accounted for 23.98 percent and 23.39 percent respectively, while the majority of that in lung cancer patients were Qi-deficiency （42.93%） and Yang-deficiency （15.76%）. Conclusion The patients suffering from different kinds of tumor have different constitution characteristics. It is a better idea to integrate the constitution analysis with syndrome differentiation treatment in clinical practice.
