助孕系列方治疗不孕症临床研究

目的探讨助孕系列方治疗女性卵巢功能不全或妇科炎症所致不孕症的治疗效果。方法把卵巢功能不全、各类妇科炎症所致不孕,或二者兼有的260例不孕症妇女随机分成观察组(中医组)和对照组(西医组),分别采用中药系列方治疗和西药促排卵、抗炎治疗,对两组治疗前后进行排卵情况和卵泡发育过程监测、激素水平测定、中西药抗炎疗效观察,并对两组治疗时间、受孕率、药物不良反应、出生后新生儿缺陷进行对比观察。结果两组促排卵、促进卵泡发育、抗炎疗效肯定,激素水平较治疗前均有显著升高,中医组受孕率明显高于西医组且不良反应小,有显著差异(P<0.05);两组之间治疗时间、出生后新生儿缺陷等方面比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论中药系列方模拟卵巢周期性变化过程,调整月经周期,可促使卵泡发育及排出、黄体发育,抗炎,改善宫腔受孕环境,对女性因卵巢功能不全或妇科炎症所致不孕症的疗效显著。

Clinical and Experimental Study of Assisting Pregnant Series to Cure Infertility

Objective To discuss sterility curing effects, by assisting pregnant series, resulting from undergrowth of ovary function or various inflammations. Method 260 infertilities, charactered by undergrowth of ovary function, various inflammations, or both are divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group randomly. Each group are treated separately by Chinese herb medicine and western medicine to urge to ovulate and anti-inflammation, inspecting two groups' ovulation and egg bubble growth, anti-inflammation result, mensurating hormone level, and treatment time, rate of pregnancy, side effects of medicine, and born babies with blemish are also comparably studied. Result Two involved groups go on well with ovulation, egg bubble growth, anti-inflammation, and hormone level higher than before treatment. Chinese medicine group has higher rate of pregnancy accompanied by few side effects compared wih western group (P <0.05), but there are no obvious differences among treatment time, born babies with blemish, and so on (P >0.05). Conclusion Chinese herb medicine series imitate ovary periodic variety process, promote egg bubble growth and ejection, the yellow growth, and anit-inflammation cure, and improve womb-conceiving environment, and also do good to undergrowth of ovary function or various inflammations.
