| 摘 要： | 目的研究大黄中5种羟基蒽醌对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用。方法采用pH梯度萃取法从大黄中提取出蒽醌成分,采用体外实验及二分法测定各成分的抑菌效果。结果大黄中大黄素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸有抑菌作用,大黄酚与大黄素甲醚无抑菌作用。抑菌效果大黄素最好,芦荟大黄素次之,大黄酸最差。结论大黄具有抑菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of five free anthraquinones of rheum on Staphylococcus aureus. Method Total anthraquinones was extracted by pH grades extraction, and the effect on restraining bacterium was measured by bisection method. Result Emodin, aloe-emodin, rhein has the effect of restraining bacterium, chyrsophanol and physcion has not the effect of restraining bacterium. Of the effect on restraining bacterium, emodin is the best, then is aloe-emodin, rhein is the worst. Conclution Rheum has the effect of restraining bacterium. |
