莪红片对不同证型不稳定型心绞痛患者血清白细胞介素-6、18和C反应蛋白的影响

目的观察莪红片治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的疗效,探讨不同证型UA与白细胞介素-6、18(IL-6、18)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关性,以寻找对UA辅助诊断及中医辨证具有一定意义的客观化、量化指标。方法120例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用莪红片,疗程20d。治疗前后检测2组IL-6、IL-18、hs-CRP。结果2组均能缓解UA,2组总有效率分别为97%、83%(P0.01),主要适用于标实为主患者;同时能明显降低患者血清中IL-6、IL-18和hs-CRP(均P0.01)。治疗组治疗前IL-6、IL-18、hs-CRP标实为主患者明显高于本虚为主及对照组(P0.01、P0.05),治疗组降低hs-CRP效果优于对照组(P0.01)。结论莪红片可有效治疗UA,不同证型UA与IL-6、IL-18和hs-CRP的变化密切相关。

Effect of Ehong Plate on Serum IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP of UA Patients with Different Syndrome Types

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of TCM and western medicine with Ehong plate on UA with different syndrome types, and to investigate the correlation of different syndrome types UA with IL-6, IL-18 and hs-CRP, to search the objective and quantitative indexes for diagnosis and Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of UA. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both with 60 cases. IL-6, IL-18 and hs-CRP of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Result The two groups both alleviated UA, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 97% and 83% respectively （P〈0.01）, which was mainly adapted to the patients with excessive Biao, while significantly lower serum IL-6, IL-18 and hs-CRP （P〈0.01）. Before the treatment, IL-6, IL-18 and hs-CRP in the patients of excessive Biao was significantly higher than that in the patients of deficient Ben and that in control group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. After treatment, hs-CRP in the treatment group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ehong tablet can treat UA efficiently. There is a close relation between various syndromes of UA and changes of IL-6, IL-18 and hs-CRP.
