芫花不同药用部位芫花素和芫花酯甲含量比较

摘    要:目的比较芫花根、叶、花蕾中芜花素和芫花酯甲含量差异,为该植物资源的可持续发展提供试验数据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),芫花素流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(65:35:0.5),流速0.8mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长338nm;芜花酯甲流动相为甲醇-水(82:18),柱温为40℃,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长233nm。结果芫花素在3个部位中的含量从高到低依次为:花蕾(0.30%)、叶(0.038%),根申未检测到该成分;芫花酯甲在3个部位中的含量从高到低依次为:叶(0.028%)、根(0.025%)、花蕾(0.0039%)。结论以叶代根、花蕾提取芫花酯甲,可以拓宽药源,实现植物资源的可持续发展。

Abstract:Objective To provide experimental data for the sustainable use of resources of Daphne genkwa Sieb et Zucc, by comparing the contents of genkwanin and yuanhuacine in roots, leaves and flower buds of Daphne genkwa Sieb et Zucc. Method High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of the two compounds in the three medicinal parts, respectively. A Kromasil Ca8 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. Genkwnin was determined by HPLC, with the mobile phase as methanol-water-acetic acid (65 ; 35 ; 0.5) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 338 rim. The mobile phase of yuanhuacine was methanol-water (82 : 18), the column temperature was 40 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength was set at 233 run. Results The content of genkwanin in flower buds was 0.30%, the highest in the three parts. It was 0.038% in leaves and not detected in the roots. The content of yuanhuacine in the leaves was 0.028%, the highest in the three parts. It was 0.025% in the root and 0.003 9% in the flower buds. Conclusion It was feasible to use the leave in the preparation of yuanhuacine than use roots and flower buds. This was the sustainable use of resources of Daphne genkwa Sieb et Zucc.
