益坤口服液治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征临床研究

目的观察益坤口服液治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法观察肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者103例，其中治疗组70例，对照组33例。治疗纽子益坤口服液治疗，对照组口服替勃龙片，共3个月。对2组治疗前后的临床症状（采用Kupperman评分标准）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、子宫内膜厚度等进行定量研究。结果2组治疗后各项临床症状均明显改善（P〈0．05），治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组。2组治疗后E2水平均有明显升高（P〈0．05），治疗组FSH水平治疗后较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05）。2组子宫内膜厚度治疗前后差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。临床有效率治疗组为94．29％，对照组为87．88％治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论益坤口服液能明显改善肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者的临床症状和性激素水平。

Clinical Study on Yikun Oral Liquid in Treating Climacteric Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

Objective To observe the clinical effect and investigate the mechanisms of Yikun Oral Liquid in treating climacteric syndrome due to yin deficiency of fiver and kidney. Methods One hundred and three cases of climacteric syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney were observed, including 70 cases of treatment group （treated with Yikun Oral Liquid） and 33 cases of control group （treated with Tibolone tablets）. Quantitative studies were performed on the clinical symptoms （using Kupperman marking standard）, levels of estradiol （E2）, progesterone （P）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and endometrial thickness respectively before and after treatment. Results Clinical symptoms were improved obviously in two groups after treatment （P〈O.05）, and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group. The level of E2 in two groups obviously increased after treatment （P〈O.05）, while the level of FSH in treatment group was decreased significantly after treatment （P 〈0.05）. No significant differences were found on the endometrial thickness of two groups per and post treatment. Clinical effective rate in treatment group and control group was 94.29% and 87.88% respectively, curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Yikun Oral Liquid can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and regulate sex hormone levels of climacteric syndrome due to yin deficiency of fiver and kidney.
