| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析多囊卵巢综合征的现代文献，探讨多囊卵巢综合征常见中医证候及证候要素的分布规律。方法以中国期刊全文数据库为检索源，检索1994—2009年有关多囊卵巢综合征的现代文献，应用Excel建立数据库，对证候及证候要素的频次进行分析。结果经初步规范后获取证候名称36个，出现频次居前3位的是肾虚痰瘀、肾虚痰湿和肾虚血瘀；单证候16个，频次居前3位的是肾阳虚、痰湿、血瘀；病位类证候要素5个，出现频次居前3位的是肾、肝、脾；病I陆类证候要素10个，出现频次居前3位的是阳虚、痰湿、阴虚。结论多囊卵巢综合征涉及的脏腑主要是肾、肝、脾，单证候主要是肾虚（肾阳虚、肾阴虚）、痰湿、血瘀，而且单证候组合形成的复合证候多，表明该病具有病理变化复杂的特点。
