全蝎纯化液对静脉血栓形成大鼠纤溶和凝血系统的影响

摘    要:目的通过观察全蝎纯化液对静脉血栓形成大鼠凝血和纤溶系统的影响,探讨全蝎抗静脉血栓形成的作用机制。方法SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和全蝎纯化液大、中、小剂量组,全蝎纯化液各剂量组由颈外静脉分别注入全蝎纯化液,空白组和模型组注入等体积的生理盐水。采用结扎大鼠腹腔主静脉造成静脉血栓模型,观察其对激活部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)等凝血和纤溶指标的影响。结果全蝎纯化液大、中、小剂量能明显减轻血栓重量,与模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.01),血栓形成的抑制率分别为75.23%、61.50%、51.05%;能明显延长APTT、PT、TT时间,与模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.01);模型组tPA明显降低、PAI-1明显升高,而全蝎纯化液各剂量组能明显抑制PAI-1活性升高、增加tPA活性,与模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。结论全蝎纯化液具有明显的抑制血栓形成的作用,其作用机制可能与其抗凝血及促纤溶作用有关。
