| 摘 要： | 目的观察具有益气养阴活血功效的丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用高热量饲料加小剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)方法建立类似于2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的大鼠模型并分5组,测定各组大鼠治疗后的血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、血脂、血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平。结果丹蛭降糖胶囊可以降低2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠的血脂。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠血脂具有一定的改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Danzhijiangtang capsule on serum,fat in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods The model of type 2 diabetes mellitus rats were established by injecting small does streptozotocin(STZ)into abdomen and feeding high sucrose-fat diet.All the rats were divided randomly into five groups.The level of blood glucose,serum insulin,insulin sensitivity index,blood fat(triglyceride, cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein),free fatty acid after treated were examined. Results Danzhijiangtang capsule could decrease the level of blood fat.Conclusion Danzhijiangtang capsule could improve the blood fat in type 2 diabetic rats. |
