中药干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

目的研究中药干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选择COPD稳定期患者80例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例。对照组予吸入支气管舒张剂治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合口服补肺活血化痰中药辨证治疗,疗程12周,疗后6个月随访,比较2组患者中医证候评分、生活质量评分、肺功能、COPD急性加重次数等指标的差异。结果治疗后、随访时2组患者中医证候积分、生活质量评分变化比较,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察期内COPD急性加重次数比较,治疗组较对照组减少（P〈0.05）。结论中药干预可有效改善COPD稳定期患者的临床症状及生活质量,减少COPD急性加重次数。

Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Clinical Effects and Quality of Life of Stable Stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

Objective To study the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on clinical effects and quality of life of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients.Methods Eighty COPD patients in stable stage were divided into two groups randomly,one was treatment group of 50 cases,the other was control group of 30 cases.The control group received inhaled bronchodilator therapy.On the basis of bronchodilator therapy,the treatment group received Bufei Huoxue Huatan Chinese medicine therapy,course of treatment was 12 weeks,and followed-up 6 months after treatment.The chenges of TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,pulmonary function,the times of acute exacerbation of COPD of the two groups was compared.Results After the treatment and at the follow-up period,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).In the observation period,times of acute exacerbation of COPD of the treatment group was less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM intervention can effectively improve clinical symptoms and quality of life of stable stage of COPD patients,reduce the times of acute exacerbation of COPD.
