| 摘 要： | 目的研究雪灵芝提取物清除羟自由基(·OH)和抑制脂质过氧化作用。方法采用组织匀浆MDA比色法测定不同浓度的雪灵芝提取物对小鼠肝脏自发性脂质过氧化的作用。利用Fenton反应产生·OH,研究雪灵芝提取物对·OH的清除作用,计算半数抑制率(IC50)。结果雪灵芝提取物对小鼠肝组织自发性MDA的抑制率醇提物水提物;·OH的IC50为醇提物水提物。结论雪灵芝提取物有较强的体外抗氧化活性,且活性与浓度呈明显的量效关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the ·OH free radical scavenging and antilipoperoxidant properties of Arenaria kansuensis extracts. Methods The effect of the Arenaria kansuensis extracts on lipid peroxidation were tested by tissue homogenate MDA of mice. ·OH was produced by Fenton reaction to study the scavenging effects of Arenaria kansuensis extracts on·OH and IC50 was calculated. Result The effect of alcohol extract was stronger than water extract on MDA generation spontaneously in liver of mice, and samely on the potency of scavenging free radicals （IC50）. Conclusion Arenaria kansuensis extracts have strong function on antioxidant activity and obviously related to the concentration. |
