化痰降气胶囊对哮喘模型豚鼠一氧化氮及一氧化氮合成酶的影响

摘    要:目的观察化痰降气胶囊对哮喘豚鼠肺组织一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的影响,探讨其治疗哮喘的机理。方法健康杂色豚鼠40只,随机分为4组,即正常对照组(A组)、哮喘模型组(B组)、化痰降气胶囊组(C组)、桂龙咳喘宁组(D组)。用卵蛋白成功诱发豚鼠哮喘后,给予化痰降气及桂龙咳喘宁胶囊进行治疗,观察支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)与血清中NO、血清与肺组织匀浆中NOS的变化。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组BALF中NO水平无明显变化,模型组血清中NO、NOS及肺组织匀浆中NOS均显著提高,用药组NO、NOS均较模型组降低,用药组间无显著差异。结论化痰降气胶囊可下调血清、肺组织匀浆中NOS与血清中NO水平,从而降低哮喘气道炎症及高反应性,达到治疗哮喘的目的。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of Huatan Jiangqi (HTJQ) capsule on the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in lung tissue of asthmatic guinea pigs and to explore the mechanism of HTJQ capsule for treatment. Methods 40 guinea pigs w ere randomly allocated to four groups:normal control group (Group A), asthma model group (Group B), HTJQ group (Group C), Guilong Kechuanning (GLKCN) group (Group D). All guinea pigs were sensitized by ovalbumin. After asthma was induced, they were treated by HTJQ and GLKCN Capsules. Then the levels of NO and NOS in lung tissues were detected. Results There were no significant changes on NO values of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) among four groups (P >0.05). The targets of Group B were elevated than those of Group A (P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of NO and NOS in serum dropped dramatically (P <0.01), the levels of NOS in plasma also decreased (P <0.05) compared with Group B. But there was no obvious difference between Group C and Group D (P >0.05). Conclusion HTJQ Capsule can decrease the levels NO and NOS in lung tissues of asthmatic guinea pigs and has preventive therapeutic effect for asthma.
