摘    要:目的:研究无花果多糖(FCPS)对免疫功能低下小鼠的调节作用。方法:采用荷瘤、药物的方法建立免疫抑制小鼠动物模型、利用巨噬细胞吞噬中性红、MTT方法及淋巴细胞转化实验,检测无花果多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫反应的影响。结果:无花果多糖可增强吞噬细胞的功能,增中抗体形成细胞数,促进淋巴细胞的转化。结果:无花果多糖具有免疫增强作用。

Abstract:Objective: In order to study immunoregulatory activity of ficus carica polysaccharide (FCPS) on mice of immunodepressive. Methods: The model of mice were established with tumor-bearing and cyclophosphamide treated. FCPS were administrated by oral route for 10d. The method of MTT was use to observe the prolifernation of lymphocytes. The function of macrophage in abodminal cavity was measure. Sectrophotometric determination was adopted to evaluate the ability of antibody producing cell. Results: It shows that FCPS could enhance immunofunction of immunodeficient mice. Conclusion: FCPS possesses immunologic enhancement.
