| 摘 要： | 目的观察脂肝清胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法将120例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为2组，在饮食控制和适当增加运动量的基础上，治疗组给予脂肝清胶囊，对照组给予东宝肝泰片，治疗4个月后评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组的治愈率和总有效率分别为51．67％、93．33％，对照组分别为13．34％、53．33％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗组在改善临床主要症状、肝功能、血脂以及影像学变化等方面均不同程度优于对照组。2组均未发现不良反应。结论脂肝清胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效确切，无明显不良反应及毒性作用。
