脑复益聪胶囊治疗老年性痴呆的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨脑复益聪胶囊治疗老年性痴呆(AD)的疗效与机制。方法:将符合美国精神神经疾病学会(DSM-Ⅳ)标准及WHO的ICD-10诊断标准的AD患者,按随机数字表分为脑复益聪胶囊治疗组28例,脑复康对照组27例,进行对照观察,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后患者的中医证候变化、临床症状,以及简易智力状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)积分值的变化;进行与学习记忆相关的氧自由基、一氧化氮及血脂水平等指标的比较分析。结果:脑复益聪胶囊能改善AD患者的中医症状、MMSE及ADL积分值。治疗组的痴呆总有效率为64.28%,对照组为48.15%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。脑复益聪胶囊可增强红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,降低体内脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量;降低一氧化氮(NO)含量,减弱一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性;并有降三酰甘油,提升高密度脂蛋白的作用。结论:脑复益聪胶囊能促进AD患者学习记忆的恢复,改善临床症状,调节氧自由基,减弱体内NO对神经元的毒性,调整脂代谢紊乱等。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect and mechanism of Naofuyicong capsule (NFYCC) on the Alzheimer's disease. Methods:All the patients were diagnosed by the standard of DSM-IV (APA) and ICD-10 (WHO). Fifty-five patients of AD were divided into the NFYCC group (28 patients, treated with NFYCC) and the control group (27 patients, treated with Naofukang) at random. The period of treatment lasted three months. The observed items included the changes of TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms, the scores of MMSE and ADL, the levels of free radical related to the study and memory, nitrogen oxide (NO) and lipoprotein in blood. Results:NFYCC improved the symptoms of patients and increased the scores of MMSE and ADL. The total effective rate in the NFYCC group was 64.28%, whereas in the control group, the rate was 48.15%, showing significant difference (P<0.01). NFYCC enhanced the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), lowered the level of LPO and NO, decreased the activity of NOS. It was also found useful in lowering the level of TG and making the HDL-C more functional. No significant side effects were observed. Conclusion:NFYCC could accelerate the recovery of study and memory ability, improve the clinical symptoms in the AD patients. Through adjusting free radical, it also could lower the toxicity of NO to the nerve cell and balance the lipid metabolism. Maybe it's the mechanism for NFYCC to work effectively.
