| 摘 要： | 目的考察常压与高压煎药机制备中药汤剂的质量优劣.方法用高效液相色谱法进行定量分析.结果两种制备方法所得汤药成分基本一致,但芍药苷的含量高压煎煮法比常压煎煮法高.结论高压煎药机所煎汤剂质量较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To study on quality of decoction extracted by normal and high pressure Chinese Materia Medica (CMM) extructor. Methods HPLC was used in quatitative analysis. Results There were no evident difference between the methods in exetracting chemical compositions. The contents of Paeoniflorin were higher by high pressure decocting method than by normal pressure decocting method. Conclusion The quality of decoction extracted by high pressure CMM extructor is good. |
