| 摘 要： | 目的建立抗宫炎片中广东紫珠的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法以氯仿-甲醇-甲酸(20∶4∶0.8)为展开剂,喷以三氯化铁试液。结果样品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应位置处有相同颜色的斑点。结论所建立的方法灵敏、准确,可作为抗宫炎片的质量控制方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for TLC identification of Guangdongzizhu in Kanggongyan tablets. Method Developer was chloroform-methyl alcoho-Formic acid (20∶4∶0.8), spraying with the test solution of chloride ferric. Result The same color spots in the TLC graphs of sample existed at the corresponding position compared with the control. Conclusion The method is proved to be sensitive and precise, and can be used for the quality control of Kanggongyan tablets. |
