威灵仙商品药材品种调查研究

目的对甘肃、四川、云南、贵州及黑龙江省威灵仙商品药材主流品种进行调查研究。方法通过对中药材市场收集到的样品进行性状鉴别及显微鉴别,参照文献及与自采样品对照进行品种鉴定。结果与结论目前市售威灵仙商品药材主要品种有2000版《中国药典》收载的毛茛科铁线莲属植物威灵仙ClematischineseOsbeck、棉团铁线莲C.hexapetalaPall.及东北铁线莲C.manshuricaRupr.,湖南及浙江地方标准收载的同属植物山木通C.finetianaLevl.etVant.,还有《中国药典》及各地方标准都无收载的同属植物柱果铁线莲C.uncinataChamp、锥花铁线莲C.paniculataThunb、毛蕊铁线莲C.lasiandraMaxim.及菊科旋复花属植物显脉旋复花InulanervosaWall.也作为商品威灵仙在云南及四川市场上流通。

Investigation and Identification of Varieties of Traditional Chinese Medicine Weilingxian

Objective To investigate the commercsal varieties of weilingxian from province of Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Heilongjiang. Method Commercial varieties of traditional Chinese medicine Weilingxian (Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis) collected from Huanghe medicinal materials market (Lanzhou Gansu province), Hehuachi medicinal materials market (Chengdu Sichuan Province), Yunnan, Guizhou and Heilongjiang were investigated and identified. Result and Conclusion Eight species have been identified, including three species (Clematis chinensis Osbeck, C.hexapetala Pall., C.manshurica Rupr.) that recorded by Chinese Pharmacopoeia, one species (C.finetiana Levl. et Vant.) that collected by local Medicinal Materials Standard of Hunan and Zhejiang, three other species (C.uncinata Champ, C.paniculata Thunb., C.lasiandra Maxim.) belong to the same Genus, and one species (Inula nervosa Wall.) belongs to family Compositae.
