平移合剂抗肿瘤术后转移的临床研究

目的观察平移合剂与化疗合用对Ⅱ～Ⅲ期肿瘤术后患者抗转移、抗复发作用。方法120例常见肿瘤术后患者按随机原则分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用平移合剂加化疗，对照组单纯化疗，治疗3周期后，观察对肿瘤术后患者1、2年复发转移和生存率及生活质量、体重、免疫学、不良反应、血液流变学指标的影响，并与单纯化疗作对照。结果观察组1、2年复发转移率分别为25．74％、31．43％，显著低于对照组的32．00％、52．00％（P〈0．05）；观察组1、2年生存率分别为91．43％、78．57％，显著高于对照组的77．57％、58．00％（P〈0．05）。平移合剂能提高患者生活质量，调节T细胞亚群的失衡，改善血液流变性并降低化疗的毒副作用，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论平移合剂配合化疗对常见肿瘤术后患者具有抗转移、抗复发作用。

Clinical Study of Pingyi Mixture on Resisting Tumour Transfer after Surgery

Objective To observe the effect of Ping34 （PY） Mixture combined with chemotherapy to Ⅱ～Ⅲ patients after tumour surgery which can resist transference and recurrence of tumour. Method According to the random principle, 120 patients who had suffered the surgery of commonly seen tumour were divided into observed group and matched group. Observed group adopted PY Mixture combined with chemotherapy and matched group adopted simple chemotherapy. After 3 periodic treatments, the effect of the patients after tumour surgery was observed including the ratio of recurrence and transference of observed group within 1 or 2 years, survival ratio, quality of life, body weight, immunological indexes, the toxic and sub-effect, the blood rheology behavior, and compared with simple chemotherapy. Results The ratio of recurrence and transference of observed group within 1 or 2 years was respectively 25.74% and 31.43%, which was obviously lower than that of control group, which was 32.00%, 52.00% （P〈0.05） The survival ratio of observed group within 1 or 2 years was respectively 91.43% and 78.57%, which was obviously higher than that of control group, which was 77.57% and 58.00% （P〈0.05）. PY mixture can improve the quality of life, regulate the imbalance of the sub-group of T-cells, change the blood rheology behavior and reduce the toxic and sub-effect of chemotherapy. There was obvious differece between the two groups （P〈0.05-0.01）. Conclusion PY Mixture combined with chemotherapy can resist transference and recurrence of tumor to the patients who had suffered surgeries of the commonly seen tumors.
