鼓胀片抗肝纤维化的临床研究

目的 探讨鼓胀片抗肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 将 132例肝纤维化患者随机分为治疗组(97例)、对 照组(35例)。治疗组服用鼓胀片,对照组服用鳖甲煎九。两组均3个月为1个疗程。结果 治疗组显效率为49．48％, 总有效率为92．78％,对照组显效率为20．00％,总有效率为62．86％。两组对比有显著性差异(P<0．05)。治疗组与对 照组均可不同程度改善肝功能诸项指标,在降低谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素及纠正白／球比例方面,两组差 异有显著性(P<0．05或P<0．01)。治疗后对肝纤维化各项指标均有一定的改善作用,治疗后两组比较,层粘连蛋白(LN) 差异有显著性(P<0．05),透明质酸(HA)、IV型胶原(C-IV)、III型前胶原肽(PCIII)均有非常显著性差异(P<0．01),具有 非常显著性统计学意义,表明治疗组抗肝纤维化作用比对照组更有优势。结论 鼓胀片有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。

The Clinical Research on Anti-liver-fibrosis of Guzhangpian

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of anti-liver-fibrosis of Guzhangpian (tympany tablet). Method 132 patients of liver fibrosis are randomly divided into therapeutic group (97 cases) and control group (35 cases), the sex, age and course of disease of two groups has comparability (P>0.05). The patients of therapeutic group take Guzhangpian (tympany tablet), six tablets per time and three times per day. The patients of control group take Biejiajianwan (turtle shell decocting pill). The therapeutic courses of two groups are tree months. Result The effectual rate of therapeutic group is 49.48% and total effective rate is 92.78%; the effectual rate of control group is 20.00% and total effective rate is 62.86%, and the two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05). The two groups improved the indexes of liver function and liver fibrosis, and they have significant differences in the indexes of liver function and LN. Conclusion Guzhangpian (tympany tablet) has a better anti-liver-fibrosis effect.
