黔产苗药石吊兰黄酮类成分含量对比研究

摘    要:目的:对贵州不同产地、不同采收期和不同加工方法石吊兰黄酮类成分含量进行对比研究,为石吊兰药材质量标准提升提供参考依据。方法:采用HPLC及紫外分光光度法分别对石吊兰中石吊兰素、总黄酮的含量进行对比研究。结果:不同加工方法、不同产地、不同采收期石吊兰中石吊兰素、总黄酮的含量存在明显的差异。结论:该结果可为石吊兰药材质量标准提升及GAP种植提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: Study on the Dynamic Change of Guizhou's different origin, different harvest period, different processing methods Lysionotus pauciflorus Maxim. 's nevadensin, in order to provide the basis for the Lysionotus pauci.florus Maxim. quality standard of ascension. Methods: HPLC methods and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determine the contents of Lysionotus paucifiorus Maxim. 's nevadensin and flavonoids. Results: In the different processing the different harvest period and the different origin Lysionotus paucifiorus Maxim. , the contents of nevadensin and flavonoids were quite different. Conclusion: The results can provide the basis for the GAP and the Lysionotus pauciflorus Maxim. quality standard of ascension.
