| 摘 要： | 目的：建立甘遂中甘遂大戟萜酯D的含量测定方法，并比较生甘遂和醋甘遂中甘遂大戟萜酯D的含量差异。方法：样品以甲醇为提取溶剂，超声处理后，以HPLC法分析。采用菲罗门lunarC18。色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱分离，柱温40℃，以乙腈-水（70：30）为流动相，流速1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长235nm。结果：甘遂大戟萜酯D线性范围分别为0．216～8．64μg（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为103．5％（n=9）；44批次甘遂中，甘遂大戟萜酯D的含量为0．008％～0．036％。结论：该方法准确、可靠，具有良好的重复性和稳定性，可用于甘遂大戟萜酯D的定量分析。

| Abstract: | Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determination of Kansuiphorin D in Kansui Radix and to compare the differences of the contents of euphol and tirueallol in Kansui Radix and its processed product （processed with vinegar） by HPLC. Methods： The sample was extracted by methanol. HPLC analysis was performed on an lunar C18 column, column temperature was 40 ℃. The mobile phase was the system of acetonitrile-water（70：30）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL. min^-1 and UV detection was set at 235 nm. Results： Determined the contents of Kansuiphorin D of 44 samples by HPLC. Conclusion： The methad was simple, rapid and accurate with good productivity, which can be used to determine of Kansuiphorin D in Kansui Radix and its processed product. |
