摘    要:目的:建立甘遂中甘遂大戟萜酯D的含量测定方法,并比较生甘遂和醋甘遂中甘遂大戟萜酯D的含量差异。方法:样品以甲醇为提取溶剂,超声处理后,以HPLC法分析。采用菲罗门lunarC18。色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,柱温40℃,以乙腈-水(70:30)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长235nm。结果:甘遂大戟萜酯D线性范围分别为0.216~8.64μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为103.5%(n=9);44批次甘遂中,甘遂大戟萜酯D的含量为0.008%~0.036%。结论:该方法准确、可靠,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于甘遂大戟萜酯D的定量分析。

Abstract:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of Kansuiphorin D in Kansui Radix and to compare the differences of the contents of euphol and tirueallol in Kansui Radix and its processed product (processed with vinegar) by HPLC. Methods: The sample was extracted by methanol. HPLC analysis was performed on an lunar C18 column, column temperature was 40 ℃. The mobile phase was the system of acetonitrile-water(70:30). The flow rate was 1.0 mL. min^-1 and UV detection was set at 235 nm. Results: Determined the contents of Kansuiphorin D of 44 samples by HPLC. Conclusion: The methad was simple, rapid and accurate with good productivity, which can be used to determine of Kansuiphorin D in Kansui Radix and its processed product.
