摘    要:目的:建立黄芪中黄芪多糖的含量测定方法。方法:采用比色法测定黄芪多糖的含量。结果:测定波长为489nm,葡萄糖在2.0-14.0μg·mL。线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.84%,RSD=3.71%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于黄芪中黄芪多糖的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determining astragalus polysaccharides in Astragalus. Methods: Determined the content of astragalus polysaccharides with colorimetry. Results: The wavelength of determination is 489 nm, The linear relationship of glucose was the range of 2.0 ~ 14. 0μg/ mL^-1, The average recovery was 99. 84 % and RSD was 3.71% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate, good reproducibility and suitable for the quality control of astragalus polysaccharides in Astragalus.
