血塞通注射液溶血检测方法研究

目的：筛选出一种较好的用于检测中药注射剂溶血的方法。方法：采用肉眼观察法、红细胞计数法以及分光光度法对血塞通注射液溶血度进行测定。结果：各种方法测定的结果有所差异。肉跟观察法判断没有溶血或不明显的结果，红细胞计数法和分光光度法均可测定出具体数值，且结果在溶血趋势上具有一定的一致性。红细胞计数法测定每组的RSD值均大于5％，而分光光度法则均小于5％。结论：分光光度法更方便、准确，适用于中药注射剂溶血监测使用。

Study on Detecting Methods of Haemolysis for Xuesaitong Injection

Objective：To find a better method for detecting the haemolysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections. Methods： Apply macroscopic observation, cytometry and spectrophotometry to determine the haemolytic degree of Xuesaitong Injection. Results： The data given by different methods varied from each other. The results given by visual inspection, which showed little or unclear haemolysis phenomena, can be got in specific value by the other two methods. Meanwhile, cytometry and spectrophotometry have coherence in the uptrend of haemolysis. All the relative standard deviation （RSD） of different groups got from cytometry were more than 5 % while spectrophotometry were less than 5 %. Conclusion： Spectrophotometry is more convenient and suitable than the other two in inspection of haemolytic degree of TCM Injections.
