泻脾胃针法对单纯性肥胖大鼠减肥效应和脂代谢的干预作用

目的：观察泻脾胃针法对单纯性肥胖大鼠减肥效应和脂代谢的干预作用。方法：采用单纯性肥胖大鼠模型，随机分组，分别给以相应的治疗和处理20天，观察各项指标的变化，探讨泻脾胃针法对单纯性肥胖大鼠的减肥效应、脂代谢的干预及其与体重变化的关系，为临床运用泻脾胃针法治疗单纯性肥胖症提供有力的依据。结果：实验研究表明泻脾胃针法治疗、常规针刺治疗、盐酸西布曲明治疗均能减轻肥胖大鼠的体重，降低肥胖指数，但以泻脾胃针法治疗为佳。治疗各组大鼠血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平均有一定控制，尤其是总胆固醇水平3组比较，泻脾胃针法组降幅最大。治疗各组大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均有上升，动脉硬化指数均有下降，以泻脾胃针法组降幅最大。结论：泻脾胃针法对单纯性肥胖大鼠具有减肥降脂作用，其效果优于常规针刺治疗或盐酸西布曲明治疗。

Intervention on fat metabolism and effection of losing weight of adiposis simplex rat with the acupuncture therapy of reducing spleen and stomach

Objective:Observing the intervention on fat metabolism and effection of losing weight of adiposis simplex rat with the acupuncture therapy of reducing spleen and stomach.Method: Adopting the rat model of adiposis simplex and dividing into different groups in random.Using corresponding treatment and disposal for 20 days,and then observing the change of rats.And to discuss the intervention on fat metabolism and effection of losing weight of adiposis simplex rat with acupuncture therapy of reducing spleen and stomach.And meanwhile providing a forceful evidence for the clinic treatment on simple obesity with acupuncture therapy of reducing spleen and stomach.Results: The study indicated that acupuncture therapy of reducing spleen and stomach(the second group),general acupuncture therapy(the third group),and sibutramine hydrochloride therapy(the fourth group)could reduce the weight of fat rat and lowered the fat index.However,the second group was the best.Each therapy could control the index of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride.Especially comparing the index of the total cholesterol with the other groups,the second group got the most obvious dropping extent.Serum intensive lipoprotein cholestoral of all group rised,while the index of arteriosclerosis of all groups descended.And the second group's dropping extent was the biggest,too.Conclusions: The acupuncture therapy of reducing spleen and stomach can reduce weight and fat of adiposis simplex rats,and the effection is better than the other two methods.
