针刺治疗急性闭合性踝关节损伤的疗效观察

目的:探讨针刺对急性闭合性踝损伤的治疗作用。方法:以本院针灸科门诊急性闭合性踝损伤就诊病人为研究对象,共计60例,随机分为针刺组、药物组,每组30例。进行疗效观察。结果:治疗结果表明,在缓解疼痛、肿胀、关节活动障碍及压痛方面,针刺组、药物组治疗前后症状积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治愈率分别为40.0%和16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺及穴位外敷疗法均能缓解急性闭合性踝损伤患者的症状,但总体疗效针刺治疗优于穴位外敷治疗。
