| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺结合中药脑得生治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:纳入60例患者,随机分为针药组、针刺组,连续治疗30天为1个疗程,治疗前后均分别进行临床神经功能缺损评定量表和日常生活活动能力评定量表检测。结果:针药组总有效率90.0%,针刺组总有效率86.67%,两组之间总有效率存在明显差异(P0.05)。结论:在针刺的基础上配合脑得生可以明显提高临床治疗脑梗死的疗效。
