针刺治疗脑卒中抑郁及对患者神经功能康复的干预作用

目的：观察针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁及对患者神经功能康复的干预作用。方法：将200例PSD患者随机分为两组，针刺组给予醒脑安神通络针法，药物组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊。治疗8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）、日常生活活动能力量表Barthel指数评定临床疗效，并观察两组不良反应。结果：针刺组总有效率为96％，药物组总有效率为87％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；针刺组在改善患者HAMD、NIHSS、Barthel指数、TESS评分方面显著优于药物组（P＜0．01）。结论：针刺疗法可以有效改善脑卒中后抑郁症状，促进患者神经功能康复，明显提高患者生活质量，副作用少。

Interventive Effect of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression and Neurological Functional Rehabilitation

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression （PSD） and intervention on the rehabilitation of neurological function.Methods：200 cases of PSD patients were random-ly divided into two groups.The acupuncture group was given Xingnao Anshen Tongluo acupuncture therapy,and the drug group was given Fluoxetine Hydrochloride capsules.After 8 weeks＆#39;treatment use Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （ NIHSS）, activity of daily living scale Barthel index for the assessment of clinical efficacy, and observe the adverse reactions of two groups.Results：The effective rate of acupuncture group was 96%, and the effective rate of drug group was 87%,and there was a significant difference between two groups （ P＆lt;0 .05 ）;patients in the acupuncture group were improved ac-cording to HAMD, NIHSS, Barthel index, TESS score more significantly than those in the drug group （ P＆lt;0.01 ） .Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy can effectively improve post-stroke depression, promote the recovery of neurological function and improve quality of life among patients, with less side effects.
