火针治疗瘀阻脑络型头痛42例

目的：观察火针治疗瘀阻脑络型头痛的临床疗效。方法：将84例瘀阻脑络型头痛患者随机分为火针组和毫针对照组各42例。两组均取合谷、三阴交、大包、膈俞、太冲为主穴，火针组采用火针疗法，毫针组采用毫针针刺，共治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者的综合临床疗效和VAS疼痛评分。结果：火针组治愈率为71．43％，而毫针对照组治愈率47．62％，火针组疗效优于毫针对照组（ P＜0．05）；同时火针治疗后能消除头痛或明显减轻头痛的发作程度、减少发作持续时间和降低发作频率。结论：火针是治疗瘀阻脑络型头痛的一种较好方法，值得临床推广应用。

Fire Needle Therapy in the Treatment of Headache of Blood Stasis in Brain Collateral

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle therapy in the treatment of headache of blood stasis in brain collateral .Methods：A total of 84 cases of patients with headache of blood stasis in brain collateral were randomly divided into fire needle group and acupuncture group .The fire needle group was given fire needle therapy ,and acupuncture group was treated with routine acupuncture treatment .They were mainly applied with acupoint of Hegu （ LI 4 ） , Sanyinjiao （ SP 6 ） , Dabao （ SP 21 ） , Geshu （ BL 17 ） , Taichong （ LR 3 ） , and treated for three sessions ,observing the efficacy and scores of VAS at the end of treatment .Results：The curative rate of fire needle group was 71.43%, which was significantly higher than that in the acupuncture group （47.62%） （P〈0.05）.At the same time fire needle therapy could eliminate or significantly reduce the degree of headache , and reduce duration and frequency of headache .Conclusion：The fire needle therapy for headache of blood stasis in brain collateral has a better effect ,and it is worthy of promotion .
