摘    要:目的:观察电针阳陵泉对慢性胆囊炎患者低张力胆囊动力学影响的时效规律。方法:B超测定电针前即时及电针60min内第5min、10min、20rain、30min、40min、50min、60min的量胆囊体积,描记电针对胆囊动力学影响的时效规律曲线。结果:电针的最初20min内胆囊体积呈舒张性变化,在随后的20min内又有一次较明显的舒缩运动。结论:电针阳陵泉修复低张力胆囊动力学的最佳留针时间以40min左右为佳,以每天治疗2次为宜。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the time - effect titis with low tension by electroacupuncture (EA) at Y relationship on gallbladder dynamics of chronic cholecys- anglingquan simultaneously. Methods: B - ultrasound de- termination of gallbladder volume at 0 min, 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min and 60 min after EA, observe gallbladder dynamics changes and describe time - effect curve. Results: After EA, the gallbladder volume showed diastolic c 20 min. Conclusion: The for low tension repairment hanges in the first 20 min, and a sinificant systolic and diastolic movement in the next needle retaining time is suggested to be about 40 min and frequency two times per day of gallbladder dynamics through EA at Yanglingqu
