针刀整体松解术后手法治疗肩周炎临床疗效评价

目的:观察针刀整体松解术后手法治疗肩周炎临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的试验设计方法,将60例肩周炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,采用针刀整体松解术配合手法治疗。对照组30例,采用传统手法松解治疗,采用VAS评分及肩周炎康复体疗功能评定方案分别从疼痛和运动功能两方面进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组治愈率为56.7%,总有效率为96.7%;对照组治愈率为26.7%,总有效率为83.4%。治疗组治愈率及总有效率明显优于对照组。疼痛方面,两组比较,有极显著性差异(P0.01)。运动功能方面,肩关节内旋、摸背、摸耳及运动功能总分有统计学差异(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:采用针刀整体松解术后手法治疗肩周炎,能显著减轻疼痛,改善功能,疗效优于传统手法治疗组。
