电针腰突穴对改善腰椎间盘突出症腰椎功能的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨电针腰突穴对腰椎间盘突出症腰椎功能的康复作用。方法:将全部入组的78例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,以单穴电针腰突穴为治疗组,常规取穴电针为对照组,各组的电针治疗参数一致,治疗前后采用改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)对两组患者腰椎功能进行评价。结果:两组患者治疗后ODI评分较治疗前有统计学差异(P〈0.01),且两组治疗前后ODI差异的组间比较也具有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:与常规取穴电针相比,单穴电针腰突穴疗法能更显著的恢复腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能。

Lumbar Functional -recovering Effect of Yaotu Point Electroacupuncture on Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical lumbar functional - recovering effect of Yaotu point electroacu- puncture on treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods :78 cases of LIDH patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated with local single - point electroacupuncture stimulation and control group treated with conventional electroacupuncture stimulation, both of whom were treated with the same time inter- val, intensity and acupuncture frequency. The lumbar disability index was evaluated with ODI before and after treatment among all patients. Results:The ODI presented statistically significant differences after treatment in both groups (P 〈0.01). However, the changing range of the ODI of the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at Yaotu point has a better lumbar functional recovering effect than conventional electroacupuncture stimulation for treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
