浮针疗法治疗慢性腰肌劳损临床疗效观察

目的:探讨浮针治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用浮针疗法;对照组采用电针治疗,观察和比较两组患者症状和体征的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,两组间差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:浮针治疗慢性腰肌劳损疗效较好。

Clinical Effect Observation of Treating Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain by Float Needle Therapy

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating chronic lumbar muscle strain by float needle therapy.Methods：The 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and each group had 40 cases.The treatment group was used float needle therapy,and the control group was used electroacupuncture therapy.Observe and compare the symptoms and improvement between two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%;the total effective rate of control group was 85.0%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Two treatments have good results.Float needle therapy to treat chronic lumbar muscle strain was significantly better than electroacupuncture therapy in control group.
