| 摘 要： | 目的:观察调神理气针刺法对顽固性失眠的治疗效果.方法:通过对患者治疗后进行临床疗效评定,对比调神理气针刺法与口服艾司唑仑对顽固性失眠治疗的有效率.结果:调神理气针刺法治疗组30例中,痊愈9例,显效19例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33％,明显优于口服艾司唑仑对照组.结论:调神理气针刺法治疗顽固性失眠疗效较满意. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture on the intractable insomnia.Methods:Through assessing clinical effect on patiens before and after treatment,compare Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture with oral estazolam in the treatment of intractable insomnia.Results:In the group of Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture treatment,among total 30 cases,9 cases were recovered,19 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 93.33%,which was much better than the control group(oral estazolam).Conclusion:Tiaoshen Liqi acupuncture in the treatment of intractable insomnia has a good efficacy. |
