针刺配合药物熏蒸法治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的:观察针刺配合药物熏蒸法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组原则,将临床60例神经根型颈椎病患者平均分为针刺配合药物熏蒸法治疗和常规针刺治疗两组。两组疗程均为3周。治疗前后分别进行McG ill疼痛量表的测评。观察治疗前后患者的临床疗效。结果:①两组治疗前后PR I总分差值、感觉分差值、PR I分差值、VAS差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),说明治疗组镇痛效果要优于对照组;②两组总疗效比较,差异有统计意义(P0.05),表明治疗组总疗效优于对照组。结论:针刺配合药物熏蒸法治疗神经根型颈椎病有良好的疗效,可以明显改善临床症状和体征,安全性高,适于临床推广。

The Treatment of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis by Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Fumigation

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods：According to the random principle,sixty cases were allocated into two groups：the group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation;the group of general acupuncture.Each group needs 30 days for treatment.The clinical experiments are conducted randomly to observe the mainly standard：McGill.The changes of the two groups before and after treatment.Observing the clinic symptom of the patients after treatment.Results：1.Comparing the difference of PRI scores and VAS scores.After the treatment,the difference between the acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation group and general acupuncture group was obvious（P0.05）.The disparity is significant.2.Comparing the curative effect.There is a marked difference in observational index of two groups before and after treatment（P0.05）,the group of acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation is superior to the group of general acupuncture.Conclusion：1.Acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation has a marked effect on improving the observational index for treating the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.Acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation may improve the symptom in the clinics.3.Acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation has on obvious effect and very safe,which deserves to popularize in clinics.
