针刺结合恩再适治疗脑卒中偏身感觉障碍的临床观察

目的:观察针刺结合恩再适治疗脑卒中偏身感觉障碍的疗效.方法:60例脑卒中偏身感觉障碍患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例,两组均给予头针和体针针刺治疗及常规康复训练,观察组加以牛痘疫苗致炎免皮提取物注射液(恩再适)治疗,每次3支,加入100 ml生理盐水中静滴,1次/天,共治疗4周.观察两组临床疗效、感觉障碍评定积分及患者自述肢体感觉障碍程度的变化.结果:观察组总有效率90.0％ (27/30),对照组总有效率70.0％ (21/30),观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:针刺治疗可明显改善脑卒中偏身感觉障碍症状,结合恩再适治疗则效果更显著.

Clinical Observation on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture Combine with Analgecine on Sensory Disturbance of Stroke Patients

Objective:To observe clinical observation on the curative effect of acupuncture combined with analgecine on sensory disturbance of stroke patients.Methods:60 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients of unilateral sensory disturbance were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy and conventional rehabilitation training.At the same time,the observation group accepted vaccinia vaccine-induced inflammation in rabbit skin extract injection(Analgecine) treatment,three add to 100 ml normal saline and intravenous infusion,once a day,a total of four weeks.Clinical efficacy was observed by integration and assessment of sensory dysfunction in patients with limb sensory disturbances readme degree of changes.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was 90.0%(27/30),which was 70.0%(21/30) in control group.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve the symptom of recovering on sensory disturbance of stroke patients and it will be significantly obvious combined with analgecine.
