五音疗法配合靳三针加大陵穴治疗中风后轻中度认知功能障碍58例

目的：比较五音疗法配合靳三针加大陵穴与单纯靳三针加大陵穴治疗中风后轻中度认知功能障碍的临床疗效，探索五音疗法配合靳三针加大陵穴在中风后轻中度认知功能障碍的治疗作用。方法：将113例中风后轻中度认知功能障碍患者分为治疗组58例及对照组55例，治疗组采用五音疗法配合靳三针加大陵穴治疗，对照组采用单纯靳三针加大陵穴治疗，治疗前及治疗后15次、30次、60次均采用简明精神状态量表（MMSE）对其认知功能进行评分。结果：两组治疗后简明精神状态量表（MMSE）评分均较治疗前提高（P〈0．05）。治疗后治疗组提高积分优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：五音疗法配合靳三针加大陵穴能明显提高中风后轻中度认知功能障碍功能的临床疗效，五音疗法配合靳三针加大陵穴比单纯靳三针加大陵穴效果好。

Therapeutic Effect of Musical Therapy Combined with Jin Needling plus Daling Point on Mild Cognitive Dysfunction after Stroke

Objective：To compare the clinically therapeutic effect between musical therapy combined with Jin needling plus Daling point and only Jin needling plus Daling point on mild cognitive dysfunction after stroke, so as to explore the therapeutic effect of musical therapy combined with Jin needling plus Daling point. Methods： 113 cases of mild cognitive dysfunction after stroke were randomly divided into treatmen group（58 cases） and control group（55 cases）. The treatment group was treated with musical therapy combined with Jin needling plus Daling point, and the control group was simply treated with Jin needling plus Daling point. The score of mini - mental state examination（MMSE） of the patients before and after treatment after 15 times, 30 times, 60 times, were recorded and compared. Results：The score mini - mental state examination（MMSE） after treatment in two groups were both raised significantly compared with that of pre - treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences of score increase before and after treatment were very significant between the treatment group and the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：It can greatly improve clinically therapeutic effect on patients with mild cognitive dysfunc- tion after stroke by treating with musical therapy combined with Jin needling plus Daling point. The clinically therapeutic effect of musical therapy combined with Jin needling plus Daling point is better than that of simple Jin needling plus Daling point.
