电针结合恩再适夹脊穴穴位注射治疗带状疱疹疗效评价

摘    要:目的:观察电针结合恩再适华佗夹脊穴穴位注射对带状疱疹神经痛的治疗效果。方法:将30例带状疱疹患者随机分为恩再适组(A组)15例和甲钴胺组(B组)15例,分别使用电针加上述药物在病变神经节段的华佗夹脊穴进行穴位注射,结束后对疗效和痛觉进行评价。结果:A、B两组的整体症状及痛觉均明显改善(P<0.01),但组间治疗后整体积分、痛觉积分相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针结合恩再适华佗夹脊穴穴位注射对带状疱疹治疗起效快,效果好,且安全可靠,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of electro -acupuncture ( EA) combined with Huatuo Jiaji injec-tion with Analgecine for treating herpetic neuralgia .Methods:Thirty patients with herpetic neuralgia were ran-domly divided into Analgecine (A) group (15 cases) and Methycobal (B) group (15 cases).A group was treated by EA and Huatuo Jiaji injection with Analgecine , while B group was with Methycobal .The results were evaluated by comparing the whole effect and analgesic effect .Results:The whole score and analgesic score were both significantly declined in A and B groups ( P<0.01) , but there was no significant difference of post -treat-ment whole score and analgesic score in two groups ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture with Anal-gecine combined with Huatuo Jiaji injection has a quick effect , safety and better efficacy for treating herpetic neuralgia , which is worthy of clinical application .
