| 摘 要： | 目的:观察捏脊结合针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的临床疗效。方法:将70例DGP患者随机分为两组,均予糖尿病常规治疗。治疗组35例采用捏脊结合针刺治疗。对照组35例口服莫沙必利。两组疗程均为1个月,1个疗程结束后评定疗效,并观察患者治疗前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化情况。结果:两组治疗后临床症状改善比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组总有效率为91.4%,对照组总有效率71.4%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P0.05);治疗组对血糖及糖化血红蛋白有影响,治疗后有显著改善并具统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:捏脊结合针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫能降低空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白,明显改善DGP症状,有较好的临床疗效。
