| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹针疗法的适宜病症,以指导临床更好地应用该疗法。方法:采用回顾性期刊文献系列研究,通过检索维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(1989~2009年)的腹针疗法所有临床研究文献,统计腹针疗法治疗疾病的文献频次、病例总数,按照世界卫生组织关于疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类(ICD10)对疾病进行分类,运用临床循证医学的原则与方法对文献进行简要分析。结果:检出有效文献192篇,共计病例10340例,涉及14大类系统,67个病种。结论:腹针疗法的适宜病症广,值得推广,特别是对颈椎病、失眠、骨性关节炎、肩周炎、中风后遗症、慢性盆腔炎、眩晕、单纯性肥胖症、腰椎间盘突出症有明显的优势。
