以肩胛提肌起止点为刃针作用靶点治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

目的：观察以肩胛提肌起止点为刃针作用靶点治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将60例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用刃针作用于肩胛提肌起止点治疗，对照组采用毫针针刺颈夹脊穴、局部腧穴、阿是穴等为主治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率93．33％，对照组80．00％，两组比较，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：以肩胛提肌起止点为刃针作用靶点治疗颈性眩晕具有较好疗效。

Clinical Observation on Cervical Vertigo Treated by Blade Needle on the Target of Onset and End of Levator Scapulae Muscle

Objective：To observe the curative effect on cervical vertigo treated by blade needle on the target of onset and end of levator scapulae muscle. Methods ：60 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with blade needle in levator scapulae mus- cle enthesis treatment,and the control group was mainly treated with the therapy of acupuncture at Neck Jiaji point, local acupoints, Ashi point and so on. Then compare clinical curative effects of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, and the control group was 80.00%. The difference in two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion：Cervical vertigo treated by blade needle on the target of onset and end of levator scapulae muscle has a better curative effect.
