头穴丛刺改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍

目的：观察头穴丛刺改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍的临床疗效以及观察认知功能障碍与运动功能恢复相关性。方法：随机选取36例脑卒中后认知功能障碍的患者接受常规药物治疗的同时采用头穴丛刺治疗。分别在针刺治疗前和针刺治疗后2月进行认知功能与运动功能评定，详细记录其积分情况进行统计学分析。认知评定采用洛文斯顿作业治疗用认知成套测验法进行评定。运动功能评定采用Fugtmeyer（FMA）运动功能评分法。结果：头穴丛刺治疗对脑卒中后认知功能的改善有效且运动功能的恢复与认知功能的改善密切相关。结论：针刺治疗对改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍的有效性且运动功能的恢复与脑卒中后认知功能的改善密切相关。

Clinical observation on the promotion of cognitive impairment after apoplexy by cluster acupuncture on the head points

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on the promotion of cognitive impairment after apoplexy by Cluster Acupuncture,and observe the relationship between cognitive impairment and the recovery of movement function. Methods: thirty-six cases of cognitive impairment after apoplexy were chosen randomly which accepted the treatment of conventional medicine and Cluster Acupuncture at the same time.To assess the cognition function and movement function before and after acupuncture treatment in two months.Recorded the condition of score detailedly and analyzed it in statistics,using LOTCA to assess the cognitive function and FIM to assess the movement function.Results: It is effective for the promotion of cognitive impairment after apoplexy by cluster acupuncture.Conclusion: It is effective for the promotion of cognitive impairment after apoplexy by acupuncture treatment;and there is a close relationship between cognitive impairment and the recovery of movement function.
