| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺疗法配合益智饮治疗轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效.方法:共观察60例患者,将患者随机分为针药组和西药组,每组30例,针药组给予针刺疗法配合益智饮治疗,西药组给予吡拉西坦(脑复康)片口服,每次0.8g,每天3次,疗程为1个月.结果:针药组临床痊愈18例,有效12例,总有效率为100％；西药组临床痊愈15例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率为86.7％.针药组疗效明显优于西药组.结论:针刺配合益智饮治疗轻度认知功能障碍疗效较好.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus Yizhiyin in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment.Methods:Observation of 60 patients,the patients were randomly divided into acupuncture and medicine combining treatment group and western medicine treatment group,each group had 30 cases.The acupuncture and medicine combining treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy and Yizhiyin.The western medicine treatment group was treated with Piracetam(Nao Fu Kang) tablets,0.8g every time,3 times every day,treatment for a month.Results:In the acupuncture and medicine combining treatment group,18 cases were cured;effective 12 cases,and the total effective rate was 100%;in the western medicine treatment group,15 cases were cured,effective cases were 11,invalid cases were 4,the total effective rate was 86.7%.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and medicine treatment is better than western medicine treatment and it has a good curative effect. |
